Business Planning Workshop

Whether you've been creating plans for years or are starting from scratch, this one-day workshop provides you with a streamlined process for developing and implementing your business strategy. In a single session you’ll develop an effective business plan for your company with the help of other business leaders.

Every business needs a plan to succeed. This workshop is designed to “get from where you are to where you want to be” by setting measurable, specific and achievable strategic objectives. The workshop will include the development or updating of your business’s Vision and Mission Statements, Core Values, a SWOT analysis, Goals, Strategies and Action Plans.

Included in the cost of the workshop are breakfast and lunch, a workbook, a free one-hour consultation after the workshop, plus a 30-60-90-day action plan.

The workshops are being held Tuesday, November 8, and Tuesday, December 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The Georgian Club in Atlanta. The cost of the workshop is $495. Early registrants will receive a discount price of $395 if registering by November 1 and November 28 respectively.
