Premier Marketing Resources President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Hilderhoff provided more than 30 Cumberland area business owners and leaders with valuable information about writing and developing effective business and marketing communication strategies that will build strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects during an hour-long presentation at The Georgian Club on February 13, 2008.

“Everyone in general, and executives in particular, frequently get overwhelmed by ‘information overload’ letters, emails, and other information in today’s fast-paced business world,” Hilderhoff said. “My presentation focused on how a business owner can successfully get his or her message to customers despite the heavy volume of messages that they have to deal with every day.”

“First and foremost, business owners must emphasize the benefits and solutions they can provide a customer if they want the customer to pay attention to and remember key messages,” Hilderhoff said.

He added that many of today’s most successful business owners regard newsletters as the number one marketing tool for retaining and growing a customer base.
